We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help design and own the execution of our global sales campaigns, to build, deliver, test and optimize our outbound campaigns and qualify and nurture our inbound leads. Primary responsibilities include shared accountability for meeting monthly and/or quarterly sales targets, executing on regional sales strategies, partnering our marketing teams to ensure an optimized, qualified lead pipeline, and collaborating our location teams to optimize the sales funnel, ensure a smooth sales cycle and keep all our locations at +100% occupancy!

You will be working from: Huckletree's HQ in Clerkenwell, London.

This role requires a strong background in sales, polished internal and external communication skills, an effective team-player mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to drive consistent results from a sales team in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in direct sales and a proven track record of exceeding established sales targets. You must be proactive, motivated, organized, responsible, and able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial environment.

    • Drive execution and optimization of all our integrated campaigns to expand our sales reach, drive pipeline for new memberships and achieve company revenue goals
    • Execute all sales campaigns. This includes measuring and testing campaigns and reporting against individual campaign and annual KPIs
    • Managing all sales and revenue targets across London and beyond; working towards 100% occupancy at each of our locations, through achieving the targeted number of booked tours and with the support of each location’s community team
    • Develop field sales action plans and implements these through consistent high volume field sales and outbound activity
    • Monitor campaign performance to optimise for ROI and customer acquisition
    • Monitor activity across all sales channels to drive brand awareness and identify new lead-generative opportunities
    • Be expected to report on your KPIs to Senior Management
    • Work closely with relevant stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth delivery of new availability, products and workspaces, from planning through to launch
    • Being accountable for your own activities and according revenue results
    • Maintain clear market insights by keeping up to date with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
    • Act as the centre-point for all inbound sales requests; qualifying and managing all enquiries and making tour bookings with the community teams

    • You have 3+ years of B2B Sales in a rapid-growth environment
    • You have direct experience executing sales campaigns, end-to-end, against measurable goals
    • You have a proven track record of spearheading user acquisition efforts across other companies (you’ll be asked to provide case studies)
    • You have strong interpersonal, networking, client-facing and communication skills & sales experience
    • You are comfortable building key relationships and effectively nurturing them
    • You are comfortable with project management across multiple teams and work streams
    • You have contagious presentation and influence skills and you are able to generate excitement, participation and support for all campaigns across sales, marketing and management teams
    • You like a bit of process but what you really want to do is get out there and chase the thrill of a sale
    • You have an innate ability to plan, organise and manage time effectively
