We are searching for a talented and creative Part II architect with strong 3D skills to bring our pipeline of workspaces to life in the most exciting, fresh, quirky and innovative way!

Pro-Rated Salary

£40-45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus equity

You will be working from: Huckletree HQ in Clerkenwell, London

    • Work directly with the CEO to bring each new location to life and give it a character of its own, managing the design function of our business and owning it right the way through to delivery
    • Work with and manage an outsourced army of contractors and consultants
    • Have the freedom to be as creative as you can be

    • You are creative - with an emphasis on hospitality, experience design, and originality
    • You have a passion and a unique talent for large-scale hospitality and commercial projects
    • You've attained your Part II
    • You have previous commercial architecture work experience, with a minimum of three years experience post-graduation
    • You have significant site experience
    • Your software skills include AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign & Photoshop, Sketchup and Microsoft Office
    • You've worked on projects all the way through from Design to Delivery and you have established experience in all stages, including: measured site surveys, design development, planning applications, building regulations approval, lighting, electrical, joinery and interior design, detail design (detailed and construction drawings capability), specification, contract administration, project management, coordinating other consultants including structural engineers, lighting designers, party wall surveyors, building control, on-site management and problem solving
    • You are able to produce technical drawings, e.g tender package, schedules and spec coordination
    • 3D modelling/visual rendering experience is very advantageous
