Huckletree is part of the exciting, diverse and rapidly growing coworking landscape. We are looking for a Community Intern to join our team, and give you the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of all our community roles at Huckletree Dublin.

This role will put you through your paces and get you learning from day one. It’s important to note that this internship is a hands-on role and you’ll spend much of the day on your feet, getting to grips with everything, so those who prefer sitting at a desk 9-5 need not apply!

You will be working from: Huckletree D2, Dublin.

It’s important to note that this internship is a hands-on role. It will be perfect for you if you’re a tough cookie and know how to deal with complaints without taking it personally. You’re great at putting out (metaphorical!) fires, preferably before they happen. You are keen to work in a customer service capacity. Ultimately, you thrive off being right at the forefront of a people-based business!

You must be the type that's always joining up the dots, connecting people and spotting opportunities others miss. You need to be entrepreneurial, resourceful and a born problem-solver. You see the bigger picture but aren't afraid to get your hands dirty in the name of understanding the intricacies of a project. You're self-driven, organised and efficient. You're creative, but you understand the importance of being both rigorous and detailed.

    • Work directly with the Operations Manager at Huckletree to ensure that the space is running smoothly at all times
    • Learn the service agreement contracts and liaising directly with service providers whenever we need support
    • Ensure inhouse tech is running smoothly at all times for Members and external guests;
    • Support Operations Manager with building refresh and identifying areas for improvement and set personal initiatives for improving our member experience;
    • Assist with the set-up of our internal and external events schedule, everything from learning workshops to inspirational speaker events;

    • Conduct tours, follow up, and convert/decline prospective leads;
    • Cover Front of House role on a regular basis; welcoming guests and directing their queries, whether it be to one of the Community Team for a tour, or to a community member for a meeting;
    • Provide exceptional customer service for members, going above and beyond.
