You will be working from: Huckletree’s HQ in Clerkenwell, London

This role will put you through your paces and get you learning from day one. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating marketing activities across different Huckletree locations, content creation, and reporting.

    • Assist in creating members’ newsletters, and tracking their results
    • Ensure that all locations have branded merchandise and proper signage in place
    • Create blogs and publishing content on company’s website and social media accounts covering major milestones within our network of members, alumni and partners
    • Build ad-hoc social media coverage at Huckletree’s owned and external events
    • Support our Events Managers and Membership Managers across our different locations
    • Manage relationships with our marketing suppliers and ensuring we’re always on budget
    • Organise photo shoots and ensure that each location has up-to-date assets covering the space, members and team
    • Manage Huckletree’s branded presence at conferences, job fairs and other external events we take part in
    • Report directly to the Marketing Lead

    • You have an essay-based or Literature related degree
    • You have exceptional written and oral communication skills
    • You are comfortable using MailChimp, social media management tools and Google Analytics
    • You are creative and able to quickly react to changing needs of the business
    • You have good organisational and planning skills
    • You have a keen eye for aesthetics
    • You’re a dreamer, but also a doer
    • You’re keen to learn on the job and get stuck in from the start
    • ou want to gain experience in supporting different areas of business
    • Collaboration is your favourite work mode

    • Previous experience in similar roles is a bonus
