We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing campaigns, including paid, web, SEO/SEM and to measure and report on Huckletree's digital performance. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be executing world-class integrated campaigns to scale reach and drive lead-generation and revenue goals.

The ideal candidate is a critical-thinker with an understanding and proven track record in digital advertising, email marketing and multi-channel demand generation campaigns.

You will be working from: Huckletree’s HQ in Clerkenwell, London.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building and implementing Huckletree’s demand generation strategy across PPC, SEM, SEO, display, social and other channels. You’ll work closely with our Sales, Tech and Business development teams.

The successful candidate is passionate and takes a creative approach to running social marketing campaigns, ad testing and optimizing the conversion funnel.

    • Own the strategy, execution and optimization of all our digital campaigns across all Huckletree locations to drive reach, lead-generation and revenue goals
    • Manage and optimise all digital paid campaigns including Google, Social Media and targeted media buys in collaboration with the Director of Marketing
    • Determine audience targeting and messaging to drive new leads and nurture existing leads
    • Manage and optimise SEO/SEM activity using Huckletree's CMS to drive reach, lead-generation and revenue goals (including managing meta data and keywords)
    • Implement Test campaigns across Email, Social Media and Paid Advertising
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and channels, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs; Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Data Studio)
    • Work closely with business development to ensure a strong lead pipeline, and meet the expectations in terms of quantity and quality of generated leads
    • Take part in the strategic direction of broader integrated marketing activities sharing insightful analytics data, trends and user behaviour
    • Work closely with other departments across the business to ensure smooth delivery of new availability, products and workspaces, from planning through to launch
    • Manage the Paid Digital annual budget
    • Be expected to report on your KPIs to Senior Management
    • Report directly to the Director of Marketing, working closely with our Growth Associate, Sales and Tech teams

    • You like building things from scratch, as you’ll be the our first hire in this area
    • You have 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing in a rapid-growth, B2B environment
    • You have direct experience planning and executing marketing campaigns, end-to-end, against measurable goals
    • You have a proven track record of spearheading user acquisition efforts across other digital companies (you’ll be asked to provide case studies)
    • You are a Multi-Channel Marketer, with working knowledge of most/all marketing channels and vehicles: website, email, social, blogs, webinars
    • You have strong creative writing skills
    • You have a solid understanding of website development and CMS platforms
    • You have strong knowledge of analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager)
    • You’re driven by delivering shared goals with our sales team
    • You are comfortable with project management across multiple teams and work streams
    • You have contagious presentation and influence skills and you are able to generate excitement, participation and support for all campaigns across sales, marketing and management teams
    • You are eager to learn, develop and grow in an ambitious and dynamic team
    • You have strong creative writing skills and creative outlook
