This is an opportunity for a brand-focused, action-oriented leader to build and execute a marketing vision, bringing fresh ideas, new methodologies and detailed analytics into the plan. The role intersects between team management, budget-owning, sleeve-rolling and performance across; digital and traditional marketing; strategy and execution; user acquisition and CRM; performance and brand.

You will be working from: Huckletree’s HQ in Clerkenwell, London

This role offers challenge and reward in equal measure; operating in a fast paced, results-driven environment with the freedom to innovate and grow. The successful candidate will also represent the marketing function as a key member of the management group, contributing and collaborating with product, operations and commercial to support strategic business objectives and giving frequent updates to our Board of Directors.

    • Own the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy and develop a cohesive brand strategy, position and message that reflects this exciting phase in our growth
    • Provide cross-functional, strategic, and tactical leadership for the application of the brand experience whilst literally obsessing over our consumer journey across all touchpoints
    • Direct member acquisition across all digital channels including SEO, paid search, social and all offline channels
    • Be responsible for end-to-end campaign management: ideation to implementation. Combining brand and reach opportunities across a multi-channel strategy
    • Work alongside the tech teams to ensure we’re maximising growth opportunities and optimising all funnel conversions
    • Develop and execute a global brand tracker as well as other brand related research and analysis as needed
    • Build awareness, consideration and loyalty for the Huckletree brand through development and execution of a brand communications plan to ensure global alignment with our brand positioning, messages, and creative platform
    • Build awareness, consideration and loyalty for the Huckletree brand through development and execution of an external brand campaign and internal activation campaign to align employees with the external message
    • Build awareness, consideration and loyalty for the Huckletree brand through extending the brand value proposition to position Huckletree as an innovative, high technology employer of choice
    • Be responsible for KPI-driven reporting and analysis to senior management and the Board of Directors
    • Take responsibility over budget ownership, planning and detailed performance tracking across all marketing channels
    • Own the day to day management of the Marketing Team, consisting of Creative, Social & Content, Demand-Generation and Brand
    • Coordinate our internal brand team and various external agency partners

    • 5+ years of experience in Marketing and Branding for a high-tech, rapid-growth, consumer/lifestyle brand environment, agency experience a plus
    • 5+ years managing a marketing team and developing a full suite of user acquisition channels
    • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful brand campaigns
    • A proven track record of spearheading user acquisition efforts across other digital companies
    • Strategic mindset with ability to make trade-offs and difficult decisions
    • Understanding of brand design principles and the ability to provide creative direction and feedback to creative teams
    • Understanding of traditional and new media, digital marketing tools and techniques and analytics
    • A hands-on marketer who is prepared to support team activities at micro and macro levels
    • A genuine passion for consumer brands with a creative, passionate and entrepreneurial approach to driving growth
    • Strong leadership, management, analytical and communication skills
