We are looking for an ambitious Network/IT person to help us maintain and improve our Huckletree networks as well as providing first class support to both our members and team.

You will be working from: Huckletree's HQ in Clerkenwell, London.

Consider it a deep-dive into the technology and entrepreneurial ecosystem of the city you’ll be operating in. Through your work with us, you’ll be able to build a powerful network to learn from and grow with.

    • Improve the performance of our IT infrastructure and services
    • Educate our community teams as to how to handle our infrastructure
    • Implement tailored IT solutions for members liasing with the community team and ISP of each location
    • Provide support to solve advanced technical issues and implement corresponding solutions
    • Provide prompt responses to member problems and requests
    • Educate and assess capabilities related to IT troubleshooting practices for the location based teams to ensure they can provide level one technical support to our members
    • Be responsible for identifying and selling Member IT Services that generate revenue for Huckletree
    • Manage and engage third party vendors to perform cabling repairs and approved installs
    • Coordinate with the community team for all things troubleshooting and to implement and fix (V)LAN & Wireless Network issues
    • Coordinate with the community team to configure location-based Audio Visual equipment
    • Work with our launch team to ensure that new spaces network architecture is setup as required and with the correct hardware
    • Configure our network printing resources including printer servers, printers and other peripheral devices

    • An associate degree and 3 + years of technical experience preferred (support, field work, CCNA, etc.)
    • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills including customer empathy, good customer diplomacy skills, and problem ownership
    • Ability to use discretion and judgment in evaluating problems and creating solutions
    • Ability to effectively communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users, including non-technical users
    • Expert knowledge of the operation of Microsoft and Apple based business applications and operating systems
    • Knowledge of data networking principles and architecture
    • Ability to maintain positive relationships with Members and internal Team Members
    • Ability to use support tools to speed up problem solving and improve own productivity
    • Identify and consult with management regarding solutions to particular projects
