Huckletree is part of the exciting diverse and rapidly growing coworking landscape. We are looking for a Junior Facilities Manager to join the Dublin Team.

This role will put you through your paces from day one. It’s important to note that this is a hands-on role and you’ll spend much of the day on your feet, getting to grips with everything from the meeting room tech to the coffee machines, even carrying the occasional box (or two), so those who prefer sitting at a desk 9-5 need not apply!

You will be working from: Huckletree D2, Dublin

Your day-to-day will involve facilities management at your Huckletree location, working closely with the space’s Operations Manager, Events Manager, Front of House and General Manager.

You’re a tough cookie and know how to deal with complaints without taking it personally. You’re great at putting out (metaphorical!) fires, preferably before they happen. You are keen to work in a customer service capacity. Ultimately, you thrive off being right at the forefront of a people-based business.

    • Work directly with the Operations Manager at Huckletree to ensure that the space is running smoothly at all times, conducting twice-daily building walks to identify and action any issues in real time
    • Learn the service agreement contracts and and build relationships with all service providers, reporting issues as they arise and managing deliveries
    • Ensure in-house tech is running smoothly at all times for Members and external guests
    • Cover Front of House role on a regular basis; welcoming guests and directing their queries, whether it be to one of the community team for a tour, or to a community member for a meeting
    • Support Operations Manager with building refresh and identifying areas for improvement
    • Assist with the set-up of our internal and external events schedule, everything from learning workshops to inspirational speaker events
    • Learn more about, and engage with, our Members, constantly acquiring feedback on the way

    • You're passionate, positive, hard-working and energetic
    • You’re a jack-of-all-trades type across facilities, M&E, AV/Tech (or willing to learn!)
    • You’re a ‘fixer’ and are unphased by turning your hand to anything
    • You have a strong customer-service mentality and you have the ability to generate respect and trust from all members and staff
    • You’re fast-thinking and reactive
    • You’re process-driven with a detailed focus
    • Hands-on experience with building management is a plus
