You will be working from: Huckletree Manchester, M4.

This role will put you through your paces and get you learning from day one. Your day-to-day will involve conceptualising and running both Internal and External events for both Huckletree members and the wider community.

    • Design, implement, track engagement, gather feedback, analyse and optimise the Internal Events Program on a monthly basis
    • Build relationships with key influencers across sectors
    • Manage inbound events queries and liaise with hosts to ascertain their requirements, create a brand for the event and recommend suppliers
    • Liaise with Marketing to ensure the timely promotion of events across our social media channels
    • Implement process systems and document all operational procedures, to ensure that life is easier next time around
    • Compile data and metrics to support all business decisions, and report your achieved KPIs to the Community Lead each month
    • Coordinate staffing requirements and staff briefings each beginning and end of the week
    • Coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly
    • Report directly to the General Manager at your location

    • You have a minimum of 2 years experience in an events role, demonstrating a tangible track record in delivering innovative events across sectors
    • You have strong written and oral communication skills
    • You are comfortable organising multiple projects at once, managing them within strict budgets and reporting on financial elements of the business
    • You are process driven, with good organisational skills
    • You have a strong customer service mentality
    • You are confident in representing Huckletree within the organisation and at internal and external events
