You will be working from: Huckletree's HQ in Clerkenwell, London.

    • Prepare monthly management accounts
    • Oversee general ledger and liaising with the finance team to make amendments
    • Build good rapports with General Managers and Department Leads to assist on finance related queries
    • Review actual spend v budget and providing comments on variances
    • Assist in preparation of year end accounts and liaising with outsourced accountants on the progress
    • Improve current internal controls and having opportunity to implement the new procedures as Huckletree Group grows
    • Prepare draft supplier payment run
    • Prepare VAT returns
    • Fixed assets reconciliation
    • Manage fee recharges and inter-company reconciliation
    • Carry out any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Financial Controller or COO/ CEO
    • Develop friendly, positive and supportive relationships with external and internal customers, and to provide them with excellent service.

    • ACCA / CIMA part qualified
    • Minimum 2 years experience in the similar role
    • Technology savvy with excellent computer skills
    • You have the ability to solve problems
    • You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
    • You have the ability to effectively plan, organise and manage multiple priorities
    • You're a team player
    • You're familiar with Xero, AccountsIQ and project management software
