You will be working from: Huckletree's HQ in Clerkenwell, London.

We are looking for an Expansion Associate to support Huckletree’s Expansion Team. You will balance multiple research projects at once and ensuring that our real estate pipeline is constantly building and that all properties are being punctually moved through our assessment pipeline, from primary assessment to hitting capacity from launch.

    • Carry out primary and secondary assessments on target locations and Providing expansion insight resources to the Expansion Team + Management on a weekly basis
    • Draft and maintain notes and create market heat maps to guide our property sourcing decisions in all major cities
    • Produce up-to-date competitor analysis resources (operationally, covering pricing, floor-plans, property statistics etc.) and identifying market trends we can harness
    • Ensure all tasks and resource requests are carried out on time
    • Visit sites to carry out secondary area assessments
    • Occasionally act as Huckletree POC on sites, step in to support Ops Lead on-site and act as a runner between sites
    • Create all necessary sales materials with the marketing team to enable the Expansion team to hit KPIs, particularly during the fit-out stage of a location launch.
    • Create custom proposals for anchor / standard members during the pre-launch phase
    • Work with Sales Team to build a pre-sales pipeline and channelling these teams into new spaces
    • Assist Sales Team in pre-sales activities, focusing on lead-gen but also running tours on site
    • Develop our pre-launch strategy with sales & marketing teams
    • Develop commercial relationships to help source and close Enterprise Members
    • Keep on top of existing spaces to determine potential member movement to new sites
    • Assist in building Tier One broker relationships
    • Prepare bi-weekly executive KPI reports summarising the status of projects and workstreams
    • Implement best-in-class processes and system infrastructure to facilitate rapid business expansion across Europe over the next 24 months
    • Research and summarise reporting requirements for new international operating locations
    • Analyse data from current spaces and projecting improvements/learnings onto future locations
    • Find software tools to improve our processes (at existing and future locations)

    • You have a Bachelors Degree
    • You have an Interest in project management, analysing data and making measured recommendations
    • You have a High level of commercial nous with interns in learning about legal and commercial processes
    • You're technologically savvy with excellent computer skills
    • You have excellent writing skills and the ability to explain complex issues succinctly
    • You have the ability to solve problems without supervisory approval
    • You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
    • You have the ability to effectively plan, organise and manage multiple priorities
