You will get the chance to work alongside our Marketing and Business Development teams, all against the backdrop of London’s thriving tech ecosystem and fast paced startup landscape.

You will be working from Huckletree West, White City

The Front of House role is an awesome opportunity to be the welcoming face of Huckletree for all our members and guests.

    • Welcome guests and direct their queries, whether it be to one of the community team for a tour, or to a community member for a meeting
    • Participate in our onboarding process, from allocating membership cards and locker keys, to inviting new members to our next community breakfast
    • Take inbound phone calls, and direct them to the relevant team member, covering event bookings, partnership queries, membership enquiries and more
    • Ensure all members receive a top level seamless experience, from making sure meeting rooms are correctly booked to topping up printer credits (and making stellar lunch recommendations!)
    • Manage facilities including handling inbound post and ensuring lockers and bike lock stations have been correctly allocated
    • Report directly to the General Manager at your location

    • You are fast-thinking, and have a reactive approach to problem solving
    • You are process-driven with a strong focus on details
    • You have a strong customer-service mentality and the ability to generate respect and trust from all members, staff and external stakeholders
