Erica is a passionate cook who loves to pass on creative food ideas and inspirations to others.
She will discuss a bit around the issue of food waste, how to minimise it and introduce some root to stem cookery ideas. All the dishes on the night will be vegetarian with the options to exclude some of the cheese, yoghurt dips etc to make them vegan.
